About Us

Vision Statement

In July 2023, three passionate individuals sat together, discussing a shared vision for making homeownership a reality again. As the conversation flowed, a common mission began to emerge—to help communities regain the dream of homeownership that has become increasingly out of reach for many Americans.

By December 2023, CO’YA Development Partners had secured 43.5 acres of land in Gallup to begin their mission of building more than just houses—building a true community.

The goal is to create a place where families can connect, neighbors know one another, and the sense of community thrives. The vision goes beyond constructing homes; it’s about fostering a way of life that encourages engagement. From playing pickleball to using golf carts for daily errands, CO’YA’s developments will be designed to offer a blend of modern convenience and the timeless appeal of neighborhood camaraderie.

Amid rising mortgage rates and inflation, CO’YA has captured the attention of industry leaders and local influencers, opening doors and creating opportunities for those who thought homeownership was beyond their reach. This project is more than just building homes—it’s about building dreams and bringing the reality of homeownership back to the forefront for communities across the country.

This is just the beginning, and CO’YA is already exploring opportunities to bring this vision to other cities across the U.S., demonstrating their commitment to revitalizing the American dream of owning a home.

It Takes a Team to Build a Community

We are thrilled to have you tour our community as it begins to take shape and we bring homeownership back to everyday people like us.

Each time we enter a new community, we feel more like residents than visitors and we contribute that to all of the amazing, forward-thinking, influential and family-oriented folks that make it home. As industry begins their way back home from other countries, it is more apparent that Gallup is going to be an essential hub for this return.
